• SUPERRELEASE-SPL is a ready to use shutter release agent with non staining properties for any type of form work. SUPERRELEASE-SPL is a mixing of mineral oil and special chemical with good shutter release property without staining on concrete.
  
  SUPERRELEASE-SPL may be used on Wooden or metal surfaces. Particularly effective on resinous coated surfaces, SUPERRELEASESPL can be used safely with white cement. SUPERRELEASE-SPL is an internationally used material and has an outstanding record of performance.
  
  Suitable for use with steam cured concrete, it is effective on both wood & metal shutter & mould, Can be used safely with white cement because of non staining property.

  Method of use - No preparation is necessary but if extensive reuse of timber mould. It is advisable to protect all new surface with SUPERRELEASE-SPL. For used mould all excess cement must be removed together with any surface deposits of previous oil SUPERRELEASE-SPL should be applied by brush sponge or mould oil sprayer. If a sprayer is used, care should be taken to choose correct size of sprayer. Apply one thin coat on entire surface thinnest coating necessary to achieve effective coverage. Excessive application may lead to surface dusting and uneconomical too. Wipe or brush of any excess particles on the surface and apply one coat of SUPERRELEASE-SPL before to remove.
  
  SUPERRELEASE-SPL completely for recoating mould or shutter surface. Use strong industrial detergent together with stiff brushing then thoroughly rinse with water.
  
  Dosage - 30 to 50 m2/litre is possible depending upon the porosity and texture of surface.
  Ensure good ventilation and do not smoke during use. flash point 60°C
  
  Storage Life - SUPERRELEASE-SPL has a storage life of one year and should be stored in manufacturers sealed container in frost free condition out of direct sunlight.
  
  Health & Safety - SUPERRELEASE-SPL is not a health hazard. Use gloves when handling. Remove splashes on the skin with soap & water avoid contact with eyes and accident contamination should be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.

2. Goloka – SuperRelease (XL) – Emulsified Modified Release Agent Code - FM- MR-127

• SUPER RELEASE-XL is a concentrated emulsified chemical mould, release oily liquid. SUPER RELEASE-XL is a concentrated emulsified chemical formwork / mould release agent based on mineral oils, when mixed with water at 1:5 dilution, it produces a thin film of stable release agent.
  
  SUPER RELEASE-XL has an outstanding releasing properties and advantages over conventional oil. It may react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy strapping from the hardened concrete.
  
  Where to use - SUPER RELEASE-XL may be used on metal surfaces, particularly effective on resinous coated surfaces. SUPER RELEASE-XL can be used safely with white cement. SUPER RELEASE-XL is an internationally used material and has an outstanding record of performance.

  Method of use - Mixing: First dilute SUPER RELEASE-XL in the proportion of 1 litre to 5 litre of water using a clean container on Stirring thoroughly until evenly mixed. If the solution is not used on the same day it should be stirred again before use. Apply the solution to the face of the formwork by spray brush or cloth, only one coat should be applied ( as thinly as possible) and allow to dry. If the formwork is not used for several days then only a further coat may be applied.
  
  Dosage - SUPER RELEASE-XL gives coverage of 18 to 20m2 per litre when diluted with water depending on the surface texture and porosity of the form work.
  
  Storage - SUPER RELEASE-XL has a shelf life of 1 year if stored under 50°c in unopened condition. Diluted product should beused within 5 days.
  
  Handling Precautions - SUPER RELEASE-XL is an industrial chemicals and inflammable. Proper care should be taken rubber gloves and goggles should used. Skin contact should be avoided.
